Parameter:
- NAME= Turniername
- KEY= Zeichenfolge nach "?key=" aus Browserleiste bei Turnieraufruf innerhalb von chessmail
- OPEN= 1, wenn Open (offenes Turnier), sonst Parameter weglassen -> erzeugt Schloss-Icon
- MESSAGE= Text oder weglassen.
